You can view electronic course offerings (Internet, Compressed Video) here: Courses

Course Offerings at our off-campus sites are listed by Parish:

Earning Academic Credit--Credit courses are offered in the classroom format and through distance education, which includes TV telecourses, Internet classes, and compressed video.  Courses taken at other accredited universities and colleges are eligible for transfer.  For a cost of $100.00 students may challenge a course for credit.

Non-degree Students--If you are not working toward a degree, you may still take college credit classes.  You will need a high school diploma or equivalent for admission.  To take a course you must meet the prerequisites-if any-required for the course.

Qualifications of Faculty--Adjunct faculty must meet guidelines set forth by NSU's accrediting agency, Southern Association for Colleges and Universities.  Faculty must have a minimum of a Master's degree in their area of expertise or a Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in their teaching area.

Early Start (Success Through Early Preparation for Undergraduate Programs) is a program that provides for university courses to be taught to eligible high school seniors during the normal high school schedule. Students are offered reduced tuition and are considered to be dually enrolled, earning a grade in the college course.
